Terms of Service
These terms describe how working with Airtime Partnerships operates. They're written in plain language on purpose — the structure of our model is the protection.
What Airtime does
We broker sponsorships between brands and live-streaming creators: we source and vet creators, present verified public numbers, negotiate terms, and report on outcomes. We act as an intermediary — the sponsorship itself is an agreement between the brand and the creator.
Fees
Airtime earns a 15% brokerage fee on deals we close, included in the quoted rate. Creators never pay anything upfront — we only earn when a deal a creator has approved goes ahead.
Non-exclusive, by default
Working with us doesn't lock anyone in. Creators remain free to take other deals and agencies; brands are free to work with other partners. Everything is per-deal unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
Approvals & responsibilities
Creators approve every deal before anything is signed and are responsible for delivering the agreed segments and for complying with platform rules, including disclosing sponsored content.
Brands are responsible for their products and for the accuracy of any claims they ask a creator to communicate. We don't accept gambling or betting sponsors, or any crypto promotion involving tokens, presales, memecoins, or promised returns.
No guarantees
Live audiences vary. We present real, verified numbers and report honestly on outcomes, but we can't guarantee specific viewership, clicks, or sales from any sponsorship.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airtime's liability in connection with a brokered deal is limited to the brokerage fee we received for that deal.
Changes
If we update these terms, the latest version lives at this page with the date above. Material changes affecting an active deal will be communicated directly.
